Who We Are

Thomas House Family Shelter, a 501(c)(3) non-profit based in Garden Grove, is dedicated to assisting and empowering unhoused families with children. Our organization offers rent-free transitional shelter in 20 secure apartment units, along with essential provisions, and a comprehensive array of supportive services and programs.

Thomas House Family Shelter is a trauma-informed, solution-focused transitional shelter that prioritizes understanding and addressing the unique needs of each family. Our commitment is to equip unhoused and at-risk families with the necessary tools and resources, enabling them to make crucial decisions and take actions that pave the way for long-term sustainability.

To provide a safe, supportive environment and the resources necessary for homeless and at-risk families with children to remain together while empowering them to become independent and self-sufficient.
