Thomas House is a transitional shelter for 16 homeless families in Garden Grove. The purpose of Thomas House is to provide a supportive environment and the resources necessary for homeless parents and their children to become independent and self-sufficient.
During their three to six month stay families seek or maintain employment, save 80% of their income, and move toward permanent housing. Services provided include food, shelter, individual and family counseling, life skills classes and ESL, budget assistance, employment preparation, job search, and programs for children. If you have an item to donate that is not on the list, please contact Gina@ThomasHouseShelter.org.THOMAS HOUSE NEEDS

"I just wanted to let you know how truly grateful I am to have Thomas House in my life. As I went through one of the worst times in my life, being homeless and pregnant and not able to care for my three children, you were all there holding my hand. You are a gift from God, trying to show me the way and help me through the storm. I can't tell you how much the kids and I really appreciate all that Thomas House has done for us. Thank you.”
